Teri Poetker contacted me about the possibility of obtaining a show Havanese after speaking with Ruthellen at a show. I was impressed with her knowledge as she had been breeding Golden Retrievers. The Nino/ Cuervo Gold pups were looking awesome so I thought she might like the beautiful sable girl in the litter and I was correct. Bonding quickly Teri seemed to enjoy every minute with her new found breed and puppy "Capri". I was so proud when I first saw the two of them at the 08 Nationals looking perfect together and saw that Capri was not only as stunning as I had hoped but that Teri adored her. Following their climb to  Champion status was exciting and now we await puppies one day in the near future out of Capri and the lucky sire.
